ARF62 dongles are Bluetooth Class1 network adaptors usable for full duplex data transfer between Bluetooth equipments over 150 m.
They use international 2.45 GHz frequency band as described by European Directive RTTE EN 300-220 / EN 301-489 and FCC P15 / IC (US & CAN). These dongles integrate Bluetooth V2 stack and Bluetooth certified.
They enable fast file transfer (723 kbps) without any wires or dedicated software. Configuration can be carried out using AT commands through a serial port . They can be used in command mode or transparent mode. They take advantage of an extremely compact design with a built-in antenna. Depending on version, they are available as; DCE / DB9 female, DTE / DB9 male or DTE / DB15HD male.
These dongles are THE solution for wirelessly linking all devices designed to be connected to a laptop or desktop PC , through an RS232 DB9 or DB15HD serial port. They are able to replace cables to build any connection between PSTN / GPRS modem and a PDA or between PC and any Bluetooth device.
